Sam ‘NAIKE is a dynamic communicator and transformation expert with over 16 years of experience in corporate training, business consulting, and personal development coaching.

Known for his energetic delivery and practical approach, Sam has helped top organizations grow and empowered professionals to unlock their full potential.

As the Lead Consultant at Getting Ahead, he works closely with companies and institutions to develop leaders, enhance workplace performance, and drive meaningful change. He also collaborates as an associate consultant with several respected management consulting firms.

Drawing from his background in communication, customer service, performance improvement, emotional intelligence, and management, Sam designs impactful training interventions, executive coaching programs, and strategy sessions that help people and businesses truly get ahead.

Over the years, he has worked with organizations like the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce (NBCC), University College Hospital (UCH), Ondo State Government, and OGUNSACA, among many others.
